Highest EcoHomes Rating in Scotland!
A 32 unit housing development for Servite Housing Association for which EBBA were the sustainability consultants and assessors, has achieved an EcoHomes Excellent rating and a score that arguably makes it the most sustainable housing in Scotland!
The project has achieved the highest EcoHomes score in Scotland against the current, 2006, version of the sustainability benchmarking system. This was all-the-more challenging, as the site had been scraped prior to purchase losing all ecological value and 12% of the available EcoHomes points.
