EBBA are currently engaged in developing new commercial projects and reviewing major capital and high risk programmes. Our business leaders have over 25 years experience delivering major technology. We have a breadth of experience from local small business to delivering international projects of business value up to £400M in the UK, North America and Europe. We have worked in a range of sectors including defence procurement, the energy industries, sustainability, construction innovation and regeneration.
Our particular strengths are strategic and change leadership with a proven ability to work empathetically with all stakeholders providing direction whilst leaving project owners in control. We particularly enjoy finding the elegant solution to difficult issues and take particular satisfaction in meeting the challenges from which others shy-away.
