Working in association with Valuta (www.valuta.co.uk) EBBA have provided consultants to Scottish Government to lead OGC GatewayTM Reviews on over 25 major and high risk projects, these include:
- Forth Road Bridge
- Dounreay reactor decommissioning
- Transport Scotland - new train procurement
- Electronic voting system for the next elections
- Scottish policing Crime Campus
Working for an AIM listed technology client EBBA has developed business strategies and plans for a new research and manufacturing centre and is engaged in the negotiation and planning for this start-up.
Consulting to a major land agent EBBA is part of the management team developing an estate regeneration strategy for a private client.
In association with MacWilliams Consulting, EBBA has carried out operational due-diligence of a new University project for a regional development agency and the Scottish Funding Council, and similar diligence of a technology research centre.
