What is our differentiator ?
Our niche is to apply extra rigour to projects to attain high levels of sustainability at achievable cost. Operating from the north of Scotland we can keep our overheads low allowing us to apply this additional attention very efficiently.
Who are we, what do we do ?
Ebba are sustainability consultants, mainly in the built environment. For individual development and construction projects our principal delivery tools are BREEAM, EcoHomes and Code for Sustainable Homes. As an integral part of the development team our role is to ensure the clients aspirations for sustainability are met in the most cost effective manner. We also provide strategic sustainability advice developing organisational policy on sustainability, drafting policy documents and providing staff training. In addition we have contributed to a number of large developments at the master-planning stage, working as part of the design and management teams on projects from 200-2000 housing and commercial units. Ebba also has significant experience of major, high risk and multi-stakeholder capital projects. Operating as sub-contractor to business management consultancies we have led management reviews of a diverse range of projects such as the Forth Road Bridge and the Lottery Fund IT system.
