EcoHomes is the BRE assessment tool for the Scottish domestic sustainable construction market. The system offers scientifically sound criteria covering the main areas in sustainable construction and sustainable living at post construction stage. At EBBA we have qualified assessors delivering consultancy and assessments. We recommend consultancy involvement from project onset to enable clients to maximise the benefits from the system.
Code for Sustainable Homes is the domestic assessment methodology mandatory since May 2008 in England for all new housing. Derived from EcoHomes it offers sustainable benchmarking in sustainable construction and living.
